Craig Cohen, PT, MPT, ATC/L, CSCS, is the Owner and Founder of Integrated Physical Therapy & Wellness. With nearly 30 years in clinical practice, he has built the practice around a single conviction: that lasting results come from identifying and treating the root cause of dysfunction, not from managing symptoms indefinitely.

Craig earned his Bachelor of Science and Master's degrees in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from Hofstra University, where he worked with collegiate and professional athletes including the New York Jets. He returned to Miami to complete his Physical Therapy degree at Nova Southeastern University, with an emphasis in orthopedics.

A master Myofascial Release practitioner, Craig studied directly under John F. Barnes, PT, the originator of the John F. Barnes Myofascial Release Approach, and continues to teach alongside his mentors - training the next generation of clinicians in the method. His clinical expertise also includes Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, Pilates rehabilitation (certified in the Polestar method since 2000), Corrective Exercise, Active Release Technique, and sports rehabilitation.

Craig's approach merges the science of biomechanics and advanced manual therapy with the art of healing. He treats the body as an interconnected system rather than a set of isolated parts, delivering an extensive, multi-faceted plan of care designed to restore whole-person function. He places particular emphasis on the patient–therapist relationship, believing that meaningful recovery depends as much on trust and engagement as on technique.

"We use the phrase 'hands-on whole-istic approach' in our facility. To our patients, that means quality and value in the care they receive. To their families, it means knowing their loved ones will receive skilled physical therapy and a real opportunity to return to - and in many cases surpass - their prior level of function. To me, that's the reason I show up every day."

Dr. Jenny Gores, PT, DPT, serves as Chief Operating Officer of Integrated Physical Therapy & Wellness, where she oversees clinical operations and standards of care across the practice while continuing to treat patients directly. Her dual role keeps her close to both sides of the work - building the systems that make care consistent, and staying in the room where that care actually happens.

Dr. Gores received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from East Carolina University in 2017 and has since built a practice centered on the spine, including referred and chronic pain, balance disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. She is Certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) through the McKenzie Institute - a rigorous, evidence-based framework for classifying and treating spinal pain - and is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

To optimize outcomes, she pairs detailed movement analysis with targeted strength training and advanced manual therapy, including graded joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point dry needling, and cupping. Her approach emphasizes accurate diagnosis first, then giving patients the tools to manage their own symptoms and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.

A former competitive gymnast and soccer player, Dr. Gores was introduced to physical therapy through her own athletic career - an experience that shapes how she works with active patients returning to sport and training.

Most recently, Dr. Gores became a mother to her daughter, Lily - an experience that has deepened her appreciation for the demands the postpartum body absorbs and the role that strength, movement, and patience play in recovery. Outside the clinic, she stays active through running and yoga.

Dr. Inerfeld holds master-level certification in the Schroth Method, an internationally recognized, scoliosis-specific approach to conservative management of scoliosis and hyperkyphosis. Through individualized three-dimensional corrective exercise, postural retraining, and breathing mechanics, she works with adolescents and adults to improve spinal alignment, reduce pain, and support long-term curve management - often alongside bracing or in the years following surgical consultation.

Manuel is a licensed massage therapist and received his education at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida.

In his words: "Massage has combined many things I love in life, from science, spirituality, to interpersonal work. I have assisted clients with everything from pure relaxation to pain relief, and full-body massages to more targeted therapeutic massages. I practice a 'wholistic' approach to my therapy sessions. That means I take into account the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies in any given moment.

Every individual requires a different approach so I am able to assist any client through a combination of different styles of tissue manipulation. The styles I use range from gentle myofascial release to the more well-known classic deep-tissue massage. Any session is tailored completely to the needs of the patient on the table, whether it's a session focused on a particular pain or a more generalized release of tension.

My intention is to provide a space that any client can feel comfortable in order to maximize the effectiveness of our work together. My therapeutic approach includes listening to the clients' wants and needs, being attuned to the receptivity of the tissue, awareness of my clients' breath and the tension of any structure, then responding and adjusting appropriately to provide what is needed most in the moment."
