Book a ConsultWhen the Room Won't Stay Still
Targeted rehab for the dizziness, spinning and unsteadiness that make daily life feel unpredictable. We assess the inner ear, the eyes and the way you move, then treat the actual driver rather than the symptom. Positional vertigo often clears in a session or two with the right repositioning, while a weakened vestibular system responds to patient, progressive retraining. Every appointment at our North Miami clinic runs a full hour, one therapist working with you the whole time.
Helps with:
Vertigo (BPPV) Dizziness Balance & falls Post-concussion Unsteadiness Gaze stabilityDizziness rarely has one cause, so the first job is finding out where yours comes from. Some cases trace to loose crystals in the inner ear, the hallmark of BPPV, where rolling over in bed sets the room spinning for a few brutal seconds. Others follow a bout of labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis, a lingering fog after concussion, or a slow loss of balance that creeps in with age.
For positional vertigo we use canalith repositioning, the Epley maneuver and its cousins, guiding those crystals back where they belong. Many people walk out markedly better the same day. When the vestibular system itself is underperforming, we build gaze-stabilization drills, habituation work and graded balance and gait retraining that teach the brain to trust steadier signals again.
Strength and mobility feed into every plan, and tight tissue can quietly worsen unsteadiness. When neck restriction is part of the picture, we fold in hands-on myofascial release, and frailer clients often prefer our in-home concierge therapy where the fall risk is highest.
Your care runs as a goal-based self-pay program with the plan and the price settled up front, and we can shift you to our Aventura location when the drive is shorter.
How We Track Down Your Dizziness
Pinpoint the Source
We test positional changes, eye movement and standing balance to separate an inner-ear problem from a central or strength-related one. The cause guides everything after.
Clear the Vertigo
For BPPV we perform canalith repositioning, including the Epley maneuver, to move displaced crystals home. Many people feel a decisive shift within one or two visits.
Retrain the System
Gaze-stabilization, habituation and progressive balance work teach your brain and body to stay steady across the movements that used to trigger symptoms.
Build Lasting Confidence
We strengthen the legs and core, rehearse real-world footing, and send you home with a routine so your steadiness holds long after discharge.

SOUTH FLORIDA FALL PREVENTION
Steady Footing for an Aging South Florida
Few places carry an older population like South Florida. Retirees fill the condo towers of Aventura, Sunny Isles and Hallandale Beach, and Miami-Dade and Broward together hold one of the largest concentrations of adults over sixty-five in the country. That reality puts fall prevention at the center of what we do. A single fall can end independence, so we treat unsteadiness as urgent rather than routine. We see patients who are nervous on terrazzo floors, wary of a dim parking garage, or unsteady stepping down from a pool deck. Our therapists retrain balance, gaze and gait so a walk to the mailbox stops feeling like a gamble. When travel is hard, our Aventura clinic sits minutes from many of these communities.
