About the Post-Op Program
Sixteen sessions covering the whole arc of surgical recovery, from the early protected weeks through to full return to activity. The plan progresses from gentle early mobility work to strength and return-to-activity testing as you heal. AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill™ technology combines precision unweighting technology with real-time gait analytics and feedback.
Best for: Those recovering from spine surgery, joint replacement or another orthopedic procedure.
