Who it's for
Active adults
You run, lift, play tennis or golf, or train hard, and you want to keep doing it without the injury that sidelines you for a season.
Adults 50 and over
You feel fine, and you want to stay ahead of the changes in strength, balance and bone health that arrive quietly with age.
People with no current injury
Nothing hurts. That's exactly the right time to come in. You don't need a problem, a diagnosis or a referral to book.
In pain right now? The assessment isn't the right starting point. Our Recovery program is built for a current episode of back, neck, shoulder, hip or knee pain, and Insurance-Based Care is available if you'd like to use your benefits.
What we evaluate
Choose what you're most interested in. Your therapist tailors the assessment to it.
For staying active and injury-free: we look for the restrictions, imbalances and load problems that tend to turn into injuries.
Your history and goals — Past injuries, surgeries, health conditions, and what you want to keep doing.
Joint mobility — Hips, ankles, mid-back and shoulders, the usual sources of restriction.
Core and spine control — How your trunk holds up under load and speed.
Posture and hands-on assessment — Your therapist checks tissue and joint restrictions by hand.
Movement screen — Squat, hinge, lunge, single-leg and overhead patterns, looking for compensations.
Strength and side-to-side differences — Where one side is doing the other side's work.
Your sport or training load — Volume, recovery, footwear and, for runners, running mechanics.
For aging strong and independent: we measure the strength, balance and mobility that keep you doing life on your own terms.
Your history and goals — Past injuries, surgeries, health conditions, and what you want to keep doing.
Leg and grip strength — Two of the clearest markers of how well you're aging.
Balance, static and dynamic — How steady you are standing still and while you move.
Gait and walking pattern — How you load, push off and control each step.
Getting up from the floor or a chair — The transfers that keep you independent day to day.
Walking endurance and daily mobility — How far you can go, and the range you need for stairs, reaching and dressing.
Bone-loading readiness — How much load your bones and joints can safely take on.
