Dr. Jenny Gores received her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree (DPT) from the University of East Carolina in 2017. Since graduating, she has continued to advance her skillset by becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (Cert. MDT) through the McKenzie Institute and is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Dr. Gores specializes in the treatment of the spine including referred and chronic pain, balance disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. To optimize treatment outcomes, she combines movement analysis with targeted strength training and advanced manual therapy techniques such as graded joint mobilizations, myofascial release, trigger point dry needling, and cupping.

Before becoming a DPT, Dr. Gores was a competitive gymnast and soccer player which is where she was first exposed to the world of physical therapy. She continues to stay active recreationally through running and yoga.
