Diana Ottomanelli

Occupational Therapist, MS, OTR/L

Diana Ottomanelli joins IPT as an onsite Occupational Therapist. Originally from New York, she earned her Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Mercy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the State University of New York at Cortland. Diana has a particular interest in treating orthopedic and neurological upper extremity injuries, with hands-on experience in splinting and using kinesiotape for rehabilitation. She is passionate about working with patients to promote improved function in their daily tasks, building meaningful connections along the way. Diana finds joy in helping individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life through incorporation of activity modification, therapeutic activity and exercise, and the use of adaptive equipment for treatment. Outside of work, Diana enjoys staying active—whether it’s hiking, running, dancing, working out, going to the beach or simply enjoying the outdoors. She values maintaining a healthy lifestyle, promoting independence, and believes staying active is key to both physical and mental well-being.
