Laura Borinsky is a Nutritionist who is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve optimal health. She takes a holistic approach when working with clients, offering customized nutrition and wellness programs tailored to her client’s specific needs. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking to optimize health, to those dealing with chronic health conditions.

She received her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is also a health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she completed the Health Coach training program and the Gut Health Course.
